About PQ Naidoo Attorneys

PQ Naidoo Attorneys, based in Port Elizabeth, was started in 2006 by Quentin Naidoo.  Over the years, the firm has expanded and now includes attorney services such as dealing with Deceased Estates,  Property Conveyancing, Administration of Insolvent Estates, Division of Joint Estates, Commercial Law and Notarial Deeds.

PQ Naidoo Attorneys is fully committed to the promotion of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment and is currently 100% black-owned and managed.

In addition to the highest level of BEE compliance, PQ Naidoo Attorneys believes in empowering females in the workplace. In this regard, apart from Quentin, the entire staff complement (professional and non-professional) including the messenger, comprises of strong and competent females.

Information Systems

PQ Naidoo Attorneys believes in efficient service as well as the needs of modern society. As such, the we have up to date legal software installed to in order to ensure that reporting and generation of documents is comprehensively performed.

The Company is currently linked to LexisNexis.

All staff members are fully trained on the software systems and undergo regular training to stay abreast of any changes and updates.

The firm is furthermore always willing and able to introduce new software should a client so require.

Legal Library

To ensure that the firm keeps abreast of ever-changing legal developments, PQ Naidoo Attorneys subscribes to the necessary publishers and receives, on a monthly basis, "inter alia" updated copies of the following:

1. South African Law Reports (containing all recent reported case law);
2. South African Labour Reports (containing all recent report cases heard & decided by the Labour Courts and divisions thereof);
3. Statutes (the new Acts and Amendments to existing Legislation);
4. Government Gazettes (containing "inter alia" Government Notices; Bills of Parliament; Legal Notices etc.)
